Last week I’ve written a post about the new colour schemes by Farrow & Ball. In it I mentioned that the novelty about the schemes is the combination of existing tones. The inspirations that resulted in the new schemes differ per designer, decorator or brand. My inspirations come from travelling, movies and cooking. I’m a fan of the Donna Hay magazines and the editions of Vogue Entertaining + Travel. In these Australian culinary bibles the dishes have been styled with an elegant simplicity and photographed in that typical down under contrast full mode.
